In case you had not heard, Meghan Markle’s father, Thomas Markle, will not be attending his daughter’s highly-anticipated wedding after all. As has been reported by a number of popular news outlets, he has been going through some serious health issues and a surgical procedure,
TMZ spoke to Thomas and he told the website “he will not even travel to England because he is going into surgery on May 16 to repair damage caused by a recent heart attack” — a heart attack, he believes, was brought on because of the recent actions of his son, Thomas Markle Jr.
Then, just a day after he decided he wasn’t going to attend the royal wedding amid a paparazzi scandal, he decided he wanted to attend and walk his daughter down the aisle. Mr. Markle apparently told TMZ that Meghan wasn’t even angry with him about the paparazzi scandal in which he sold pictures of himself getting ready for the wedding to an agency.
What can we say… In spite of these kind of seemingly odd events, history Is in the making and I am sure that Meghan and Harry will handle it with aplomb. The show will go on to the rave reviews of all the fans of British Royalty. On May 19, 2018, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will exchange vows in one of the most, if not the most, anticipated weddings of the year.
